Get help
Email support@cloudtifact.com. Say what you were doing, what happened, and which app you used (web, iOS or the command-line tool). For how things work, see the docs.

Report a message or block a person
In a room's chat, open the actions on the message (on iOS, touch and hold it) and choose Report to send it to us, or Block to stop seeing that person's messages.
We review every report within 24 hours and remove content and users that break the terms. You can also report by email to support@cloudtifact.com: include a link to the room or page and the name of the person.
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open the account menu and choose Delete account. On the web, go to Settings and choose Delete account. What deletion removes.
